Mindfulness Group

About:  Come along for a cuppa, a chat, and some gentle mindfulness practices you can easily take into everyday life.

No sitting cross-legged on the floor, just comfy chairs, a small friendly group, and plenty of support.
One week, for example, we explored self-care and how to avoid slipping into the “exhaustion funnel.”
We tried a loving-kindness practice, tapping, and a body scan, all very relaxing. And of course, there was chocolate, biscuits, and good company!
