Physical activity helps to make your muscles and bones stronger. It helps you to stay strong, healthy and independent and improves balance and mobility.
A 45 minute class of gentle exercise using chair and standing exercises delivered by professional, qualified Instructor, Yvonne Tunnicliff with exercises to music tailored to suit everyone’s needs.
Where and When: Tuesdays, 2 sessions:
12.15 – 1pm and 1.15 – 2pm
At the Members’ Hub in Bathgate.
Cost: £2 per session
